How do I know whether I need on-rim or off-rim service?
If the seasonal tires have metal wheels inside them, they are on-rim. Loose rubber tires without wheels require off-rim service.
Is balancing always included?
The required scope depends on whether the tires are mounted, their condition, and the requested service. Confirm the exact scope and price before dispatch.
Can you supply new seasonal tires?
Yes, subject to vehicle fitment, size, season, and supplier availability. Send your vehicle and sidewall tire size for options.
