Requests and availability

A call, message or website request does not guarantee dispatch. Tire Help confirms the location, requested work, access, current availability and expected charges directly. Where appropriate, Tire Help may coordinate the request with an available mobile service provider; no automatic assignment or live availability is implied by the website.

Mobile service call and dispatch

Getting a quote, asking a question or sending an initial service request does not by itself dispatch a technician or create a service-call charge.

Once the customer confirms the service call and a Tire Help technician is dispatched, the $90 mobile service-call charge applies for travelling to the requested location. The charge covers dispatch, travel time, fuel, vehicle costs and mobile service availability at serviceable homes, offices, workplaces, gyms, parking lots, events, safe roadside positions and other confirmed locations.

After dispatch, the service-call charge may still apply if the customer cancels, obtains help elsewhere, the vehicle or tire is unavailable, the customer decides not to proceed, or inspection shows that a different service is required. Tire Help will communicate the applicable charge before dispatch confirmation. Customers should advise Tire Help before dispatch if they have contacted another service provider or are not ready for a technician to travel.

Quotes and additional work

Quotes are based on the information supplied before inspection. Tire condition, fitment, damaged hardware, access limitations or additional requested work may change the scope. Any material change is discussed before proceeding.

Safe and lawful location

The customer must provide permission and a stable, accessible work area away from active traffic. Tire Help may decline or stop work where conditions are unsafe, unlawful or unsuitable. Call 911 when anyone is in immediate danger or a vehicle is blocking live traffic.

Assessment and fitment

Repairability, tire condition and fitment cannot be guaranteed from a photograph or description. Tires, wheels and vehicle information must be inspected or confirmed as appropriate before work.

Customer preparation

The customer should provide accurate vehicle and location details, disclose prior sealant or damage, locate the wheel-lock key, obtain property permission and keep people clear of the work area.
